After ripping those boards, I was raring to go on the next big project, which was nailing them in. This turned out to be quicker and less dramatic than I thought it would be. I thought it would take me days, like everything I do, but it only took a couple of hours, max. All I needed was to set up my miter saw, measure out the pieces, cut, and nail. It was actually nice to do some framing- nailing, it’s very satisfying. You pound the nails with all you have, and it goes quickly. Plus, I get to use my real-man tools, especially the framing hammer, which is a beast of a tool.
Two jobs down, three to go. So far, so good. Until the next time, thanks for reading.
